Overview

This course teaches system managers the new features of Caché starting with v5.1. The two features with the greatest impact are Advanced Security and the new Management Portal for managing a Caché environment. The other changes starting with v5.1 are also included.

Prerequisites

Students should be experienced with managing a pre-v5.1 Caché environment. This course does not cover the basics of Caché system management, only the difference since v5.1. New Caché system managers should attend the 5-day Caché System Management course.
